Talking about the Future: Will, Going to, Present Continuous, Present Simple, Modals, and Other Expressions
Not only is it important to use future forms accurately, at C1 level, you should also be demonstrating your ability to talk about the future using language beyond the basics of will and going to. In English, there is a wealth of ways with which you can talk about future predictions, plans and possibilities. This page focuses on those included on the cards below before we move on to future continuous, future perfect and the future in the past on the following pages.
